We are now taking registrations for Summer 2012 Sessions!


REGISTRATION INFO & POLICIES


New Payment Policies:

Theatre 360 will prorate for classes up to 4 weeks into the current Session. If you miss this opportunity you can pre-pay and we will reserve your spot for next session.

Monthly payments will be divided into 3 monthly payments to be paid on the 1st of each month by automatic debit. There will be a $6.00 monthly fee for this convenience.

The classes listed as drop in classes can be paid per class with previous notice given by the student to the Theatre 360 office. Instructor approval is necessary.

Age Limits: We kindly request that age limits be respected, our class curriculum is built with attention to specific age requirements. Even if there has been previous on-stage experience or involvement in drama classes elsewhere, a student may not register in a class beyond their age limit.

Advanced courses with prerequisites: Courses that are noted advanced are not open to beginning students. In order to register, a student must successfully complete listed courses to be eligible, or a letter of approval from instructor. If you have further questions, please call 626.577.5922.

Dress: Please wear clothing and shoes that will allow movement without restriction, such as close-toed shoes; no sandals or slip-on footwear.

Electronics: No cell phones or electronic devices are allowed in class.

Production Fees: Once cast, there is a $150.00 production fee to help cover the costs of the royalties and to assist in technical needs.

Returned Checks: A $25.00 service charge will be attached to any check returned by the bank due to insufficient funds.

Photography: Theatre 360 frequently uses photographs of students in advertising and publications. If you do not want your child's image used in this way, please contact the production office.

Attendance: Consistent attendance is required in all classes. In the event of an emergency affecting attendance, please call 626.577.5922 to notify the instructor. Theatre 360 reserves the right to recast roles based on
attendance or failure to complete assigned work.

Holidays: Unless noted in the course description or announced in class, classes will be held on some holidays. Please check with the office if you have any questions regarding class cancellations, 626.577.5922. An e-mail reminder will be sent before any holiday breaks in course session.

Presentations: All session courses culminate in a free demonstration for family and friends on the final day/evening of class. An e-mail notification will be sent out prior to ending class as a reminder of their celebration day, date, and time.

Class Cancellation: If theatre 360 must cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, any tuition paid will be refunded in full, or can be applied to an alternate class.

Late Pick-Up: Please pick up your student promptly at the end of class. There is a 10-minute grace period, and after that you will be charged a late fee of $1 per minute, payable at the time of pick-up.

Make Up Policy: If a student misses a class, they can make it up only during the same session in a class that is for their appropriate age group.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the traffic on the Union Street entrance to the theatre, we encourage you to park in the parking structure and come into the building to pick up your child. Theatre360 is not responsible for the Pasadena Police issuing tickets for double parking or safety violations with your children.

Visitors: Parents, friends, or other visitors are not allowed in class. Parents and friends are invited to observe in class celebration on the last day of class.

Cancellations / Refunds:
If you choose to cancel, a refund or credit will be provided up to 14 days prior to start of the class less a $100 deposit. If a refund is granted, please allow up to 30 days for processing. Credits are good for up to one year from the start date of the class. Credits cannot be used for anything other than a class, including but not limited to: production fees, private lessons, New York trip fees, tickets or workshops. Credits are non-transferable to anyone else. Theatre 360 is not responsible for insuring credits are used prior to expiration. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS if cancelled with less than 14 days to the start of a session or if you auditioned for a production and did not accept your role, get cast, or choose to drop out of the production prior to the performance. All requests for refunds or credits must be submitted in writing and emailed to info@theatre360.org.

Financial Assistance Available: Need-based tuition assistance is available to families who would not otherwise be able to participate in our program. An application is required, and must be accompanied by your most recent W-2 form or other valid proof of income. Applications are reviewed by a committee, and notification is by mail. Teacher Substitutions and Changes: Please note that class teacher is subject to change.
